(MEMAT 2024) 

The 5th International Conference on Mechanical Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation Technology (MEMAT 2024) was successfully held on December 27-29 in Nanjing, China!

This conference was hosted by Nanjing University of Technology (NUIST) and jointly supported by Anhui Engineering Laboratory of Human-Machine-Integrated Systems and Intelligent Equipment, Anhui University School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications School of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Zhejiang Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectricity, School of Electrical Engineering, and AEIC Academic Exchange Center.

We are honored to invite the conference chairman, Prof. Shen Mouquan from Nanjing University of Technology to be the host of the conference. In addition, Prof. Niu Ben from Dalian University of Technology, Prof. Rao Yunqing from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Prof. Shen Mouquan from Nanjing University of Technology were invited to attend the conference and share their wonderful keynote speeches. In addition, 10 oral presentations and 7 on-site poster presentations were welcomed. This provided more valuable academic exchange opportunities for the participants.

More than 128 manuscripts were received, and the participating scholars were from Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, National University of Defense Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Sichuan University, Beijing Satellite Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, and many other domestic universities and organizations.

Finally, we are looking forward to the next MEMAT 2025, and expect that we can continue to build more communication and cooperation platforms for experts and scholars in related fields in the future, and jointly promote the continuous innovation and progress of science and technology.
